A regional blend of top quality, dry processed coffee beans, featuring beans from Trinidad & Tobago. Inspired by a classic Italian style of blending and roasting, a unique profile is created with a full layered taste and hints of fruit and nut.  The blend also allows for a better grind and when used with the right techniques and equipment, an excellent espresso shot. Don’t let that stop you from making a fantastic cup with the brewing method of your choice.

• Roast: City to Full City (Medium)
• Suggested brewing: French Press | Percolator | Pour-over | Aeropress | Mokapot | Espresso
• Packaging: Nitrogen flushed/vacuum packed in a resealable zip bag with degassing valve to preserve the freshness of the coffee.

Next batch date:  10 March 2026
Orders received after 6 am on batch day will be processed the following week.
Free collection at Boba & Brew (Marabella and St. Augustine): 2-3 working days from batch date.
Delivery: 2-3 working days from batch date to areas serviced by CSF Couriers.
