The coffee that we hoped would take us until the next crop is not up to our standard and we had to reject it. We’re working on a solution with our main coffee trader. Sadly, our coffees that use 100% local beans would be out of stock until then.

This coffee promises to take you back to the days of fresh roasted coffee in rural Trinidad & Tobago. Our coffee is sourced from farmers from Poole Village, Rio Claro and environs. Our families have been working alongside each other for decades. We always roast fresh, ensuring that beautiful, unmatched aroma of robusta coffee coupled with the bold, nutty, earthy taste. Robusta coffee has more caffeine than Arabicas, so you might either prefer the extra kick or your coffee might last a bit longer!
